Ms. Campbell has served as a member of our Board of Directors since 2018 and as Chair of the Board since January 2024. Ms. Campbell became Chair of the Compensation and Human Capital Committee in 2023 and previously served as Chair of the Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee from 2018 to 2023.
Ms. Campbell previously served as the Chief Procurement Officer for Reed Elsevier, Inc., a FTSE 100 provider of professional information solutions in the science, medical, legal, risk, and business sectors, from 2007 to 2012. From 1998 to 2007, Ms. Campbell held a number of senior positions at Dell, Inc., including Vice President Worldwide Procurement, and Vice President and General Manager, Global Segment EMEA. Ms. Campbell held senior positions at Oracle Corporation from 1990 to 1998, and from 1982 to 1990 was with KPMG and was licensed as a Certified Public Accountant. Ms. Campbell holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
A frequent and sought-after speaker on corporate governance matters who was named to Women Inc. Magazine’s list of Most Influential Corporate Board Directors and is NACD Director Certified, Ms. Campbell is particularly recognized for her strategic planning acumen, deep understanding of customers and products, supply chain expertise, and her technology industry experience.
Ms. Campbell serves on the Board of Directors and chairs the Audit Committee of PointClickCare, a market leading healthcare software company based in Toronto, Canada, and on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee of Bideawee, Inc., one of America’s first no-kill animal welfare organizations.
Previously, Ms. Campbell served on the boards of LiveVox Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: LVOX), (Audit Committee Chair); Coupa Software, Inc. (NASDAQ: COUP), (Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee Chair) and Shapeways Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: SHPW), (Chairman of the Board, Compensation and Human Capital Committee Chair.) Ms. Campbell also served on the advisory boards of privately held Riley, Inc., a commercial relationship insights platform, and of Diligent, the privately held creator of Diligent Boards.
Ms. Campbell is a lifelong animal lover and her family includes a rescued Jack Russell Terrier and three beloved horses.
